Sedbury Space in partnership with Forest Voluntary Action Forum is looking to recruit a COMMUNITY CENTRE MANAGER Initially 12 hours a week (worked flexibly) Salary £21,508 – £25,809 pro rata, depending on experience and qualifications Sedbury Space aims to enhance community cohesion and well-being through participation, volunteering and support. The Trustees seek to fulfill these aims with a variety of activities, catering for a wide range of ages, needs and interests. The appointed post holder will be responsible for the day to day management of Sedbury Space and facilitating activities. The role includes volunteer management, communication and publicity, and assisting the Trustees in other administrative and financial tasks. We are immensely proud of Amyleigh Brice (Year 10) for getting through to be a finalist. More importantly, we are proud of her because of the work she has done to raise money for charity and the leadership and initiative she has shown in the Forest of Dean Community. Amyleigh received a Lions Award for exceptional young people from the Chepstow Lions Club on Friday 19th May 2017.
